Beginning with academic excellence in Interior Design at Endicott College and graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Karen made her professional debut at one of Boston's legendary design houses, Bierly-Drake.  Crediting her mentors Lee Bierly and Christopher Drake for opportunities and guidance, Cacciapuoti has spent decades designing and managing projects for Fortune 500 executives across the nation. Elite projects further refined expert experience in space planning, construction and project management while exposing Cacciapuoti to cultural, architectural and environmental diversity and cultivating her passion for beautiful things.
